Return/Refund Policy

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may have already shipped. Orders cancelled at less than 24 hours will incur a 25% restocking fee due to internet processing charges on our end.

Orders returned to us for any reason, without authorization will be refused.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped and is fresh from our shelves. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.

We do not accept returns/exchanges or refunds on undamaged merchandise, this assures that your purchase has never left our shop and is new. Printed materials are copyrighted and may not be returned. All sales are final. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Orders returned to us will be refused. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.
