If your card is declined--please contact the 800 number on the back of your card and verify your address. The most common reason for declined cards is AVS mismatch.

"The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder"

When will my card be charged?
All purchases, including preorders are charged to your card upon order placement, there are no delayed charges. For pre-orders, your card will be charged immediately to ensure that your order is reserved when the fabric arrives.

What happens if my order is declined?
Please note, in the case of declined orders, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account by your bank in case your order is processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank. If your order is declined, the funds do not transfer out of your account, but are still held by your bank. The attempt at a transaction causes the hold, not the actual transaction itself. If multiple attempts are made, multiple holds will be in place. These funds are held by your bank and do not transfer to the retailer unless a transaction is approved.
